Rod and his team of professionals are amazing. Their service times are absolutely amazing, and they seem to actually care.**** Update ****After being with them now for a few months and needing their help (Unfortunately); They are exceeding expectations. Do yourself a favor and shop. Many insurance companies are raising rates 30%. Allstate is extremely good about not having small print BS. I have 8 people that are friends, and everyone is happy. I'm a Marine Corps veteran and the "so called military" insurance companies cannot compete. They will quote you in 20 minutes for everything and they are not pushy. They gave me nothing for this review except amazing service. Semper FI!

It's disappointing that we - with no accidents or claims of any type - ended up with a cost increase of $200/year in our auto insurance. I understand it's industry-wide, but maybe we need to look at how much the CEO/COO etc. are making. Maybe it's time to find a way to give your customers a break - and to let them know that Allstate is willing to shoulder some of the crushing rate hikes for their clients. Just a thought.I do appreciate the local agent reaching out to me to explain the cost increase and share that their own personal car insurance policies had increased as well. Great response from the local office.

I switched to Allstate almost 2 years ago. I wasn't too happy that they raised my rates after the first year. But it was explained to me that all the auto theft was the reason. I did have a home claim which was taken care of wonderfully.

I was recommended by someone when looking for insurance on my new home. So far the rates have been the lowest compared to others. It is helpful that I am not covered under any frivolous things that are unnecessary or irrelevant. I also appreciate the calls reminding me of any additional discounts and mailing a copy of my policy sent without request. It is very professional and polite for them to do so. In addition I receive emails and phone calls throughout the year regarding my policy. I just did not get a insurance policy I got a lot more than expected. Thanks for all you do.

I have been with All State Rod Lovelace Collierville since 2019 for my homeowner insurance until I sold my house in Mar 2021.While it’s difficult to deal with All State Corporate, Liz from Rod Lovelace agency is very helpful and understanding. It took All state corporate 3 months to issue my refund, but Liz keep working on it in a very professional manner. We really appreciate what she did for us, I mean it’s not only us who waited 3 months to get the refund, Liz is the one who deal with them for us, she also spent 3 months! And yet, she still managed to keep it very professional and courteous!
