It's disappointing that we - with no accidents or claims of any type - ended up with a cost increase of $200/year in our auto insurance. I... understand it's industry-wide, but maybe we need to look at how much the CEO/COO etc. are making. Maybe it's time to find a way to give your customers a break - and to let them know that Allstate is willing to shoulder some of the crushing rate hikes for their clients.
